About Our Content Marketing Services
What is content marketing?
So much of what you see on the internet these days falls under content marketing. It can include any type of content (articles, written posts, images, graphics, videos) designed to reach and connect with an audience. The act of content marketing includes planning, creating, scheduling, and posting content — as well as managing online channels, monitoring for engagement, interacting with audiences, and reporting.
Unlike copywriting, advertising, or direct marketing strategies, content isn’t intended to generate sales directly (although it certainly plays a role in supporting sales goals). It’s more often focused on attracting audiences (even before they’re ready to buy), strengthening your relationship with those audiences, educating people, providing value, and building trust in your brand.
Do I have to do content marketing in my business?
There’s very few businesses today that don’t need to do any content marketing. When people look for you online, they expect to see an active website or social media presence — if you haven’t posted recently, they might assume your business has shut down. So, it’s likely that your business will at least need to do some content marketing each month, and if you’ve got big goals to boost your visibility on social media or search, grow your brand, and engage your audiences… you might need several pieces of fresh content per week.
Why should I engage a professional to help with content?
If you’ve got time and solid content creation skills, you can probably DIY your content marketing, at least to begin with. But a professional content marketer can help you step up your game with content — without needing to commit to an internal hire (and all the associated training and overheads). And they’ll bring years of experience across multiple clients, industries, and marketing channels that they can apply to your brand.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We typically work with small to medium sized businesses, including trades, construction businesses, B2B companies, tech brands, allied health organisations, and consultants. Although we’re based in Brisbane, Australia, we’ve worked with brands in the U.S., the UK, Europe, and Asia.
Who is going to create my content?
You’ll work with Brew’s co-founder and very own in-house content marketer, Angela Rodgers! She’s a Brisbane-based content marketer who has spent the last 10+ years creating content for businesses. Her specialties include B2B and technology, but she has experience in nearly every industry, having written for more than 150 brands.
How much does content marketing cost?
Content marketing costs vary hugely, depending on the channels you choose to focus on, and the type and volume of content. But if you only need one high quality, core piece of content (like a blog post) and repurpose that across your other channels to keep them active, your content marketing could cost as little as $2500 AUD per month.
What’s the ROI on content marketing services?
ROI is really tricky to measure with content because although you can track some attribution, you won’t know for sure whether your new customer read your latest social media content, watched that video you posted, or read that blog you shared 2 years ago.
But the right content marketing should help you fill your pipeline by attracting relevant traffic via Google and growing your presence on social media — which should get more eyeballs on your offers and brand. At the same time, content increases your touchpoints with leads, helping you nurture them, build trust in your brand, and supporting the conversion process.
When you implement a content marketing strategy, make sure you choose tactics that work best for your goals, industry, and target audiences. This will ensure you get the best value from your investment.
Can you customise a content marketing package for me?
Of course! The pricing and packages listed here are just a starting point. After our initial conversation, we’ll propose a custom package to suit you. Add on content types, platforms, and services — all tailored to the marketing channels that best fit your brand.
